Board members are responsible for providing strategic planning for the program, and developing and implementing program policy.

The court advocate attends court with victims of crime in order to help them feel more comfortable with the criminal justice system.

The referral advocate offers telephone support to victims of crime or trauma at the direction of the Morinville RCMP.

The crisis advocate carries a pager and is available on a 24 hour basis to provide emotional support, information and referrals to victims of crime or trauma.

The social media volunteer will create, update and monitor facebook and Twitter accounts.
